National Society of Black Physicists was established in 1977. They promote the professional well being of Black physicists and Black physics students.

National Society of Black Engineers or NSBE was founded in 1975. Their goal is improving the recruitment and retention of Black engineers.

Black Alliance for Just Immigration or BAJI was founded in 2006. They are an eduction and advocacy group for Black immigrants.
