How do you waste the most time every day? When I am not active I am resting which is essential and not a waste of time.

What are you most worried about for the future? Nothing. For me worry is an emotion that drains me.

What makes a teacher great?

Being able to convey lessons in different ways for the different learning styles of their students. Being able to read the room.

How important is spirituality in your life? It is of paramount importance. My life is richer because of my spiritual practices.

What are your daily habits? Exercise, drinking water, gratitude, and spiritual practices.

What’s the most delicious thing you’ve ever eaten? Lately, a slice of German Chocolate cake with the coconut icing only on the top and regular chocolate icing on the rest.

If you were forced to wear one outfit over and over again, what would it be? All white jeans with a white blouse and a pearl tie and white tennis shoes.
