What is the last thing you learned? That ground flaxseed and flaxseed meal are the same thing. I had a recipe for apple spiced muffin that used flaxseed meal.

What experiences in life helped you grow the most? The ones where I didn’t get the outcome I was expecting at first, some would call them failures. I grew because I refocused and had faith.
