What’s the longest trip you’ve ever taken? The longest trip I have ever taken is to Sydney, Australia.

Who is your favorite cartoon character? My favorite cartoon character is Bugs Bunny.

If you could relive one year of your life, which one would it be? If I could relive one year of my life, it would be this year, 2026, the current year. Oh, to relive my time at the Edinburgh Festival Fringe.

If you had to get a tattoo right now, what would it be and why? If I had to get a tattoo right now I would have “mom” and “dad” redone on my hands. The tattoos are fading but not the memories.

How did you meet your significant other? I met my wife through the “Facebook dating” app. I was 67 years old and she was 71.

If you could erase one event from history, what would it be? If I could erase one event from history it would be slavery in the United States.

How do you deal with uncertainty? I deal with uncertainty with prayer, grace, and meditation.

What’s a moment when you realized you were officially an adult? I realized that I was officially an adult when I became a mother and a tiny human being was dependent on me.

Which is the best restaurant in your city? I am in Edinburgh, Scotland and the best restaurant is “Taste of Italy”

If you had a time machine and could send just one message to your past self, what would it say? If I have a Time Machine and could send a message to my past self I would say: love.
