Most ideal day from beginning to end

Most ideal day from beginning to end is how I love all my days. I wake up sans alarm before 6am and start my morning practices which include using the Insight Timer app, Iyanla Vanzant’s awakenings, Tom LeNoble’s “Morning Ground”, doing my morning pages from The Artist Way, reading The Intellectual Devotionals, doing a 10 minute walk, taking out the daily recycling land waste, and compost, and getting my NYT.

I make sure I get 30 minutes of exercise and two 20 minute naps each day.

I make sure that I have a joy filled day and write in my gratitude journal.

I go to bed when I feel tired and get a minimum of 4 hours wearing my CPAP machine.
